Q: How to stop Fatal Error in I-Mark on Domain user account? The only way to start the I-Mark program without errors if it is run as admin.

A: This error is typically caused by corrupted windows temp files.  Please reference the attached image to delete the temporary files .  Once the temp files are deleted re-launch I-Mark and this error should be cleared.  

Note if you had the machine setup to automatically start a certain workspace or automatically connect you will need to turn these options back on.  These settings are found under File-> Options menu
