I-Mark Scribe on Plastic Helmet

The diamond tip of a scribe mark makes a clear and clean on a wide range of materials. Above is an example mark made on a plastic helmet by the I-Mark Scribe. The example also shows how the tip can easily mark on a contoured surface.

Marking Parameters as shown:

  1. Model used: I-Mark I-Series IMS60 – designed for integration into production equipment
  2. Air pressure: 30 psi
  3. Character Size: 3/16″
  4. Number of Characters: 5
  5. Cycle Time: 2 seconds
