Air Impact Marking Press – marking on Round OD

The PR88 3 ton air impact marking press can be used to mark on the OD of round parts. The Model 88 is offered as both a unit for integration and a complete marking station. This marking application uses the bench-top C-frame mounted model 88 with a custom fixture to support a thin metal band during the marking process.

Air impact marker have provided a FAST and DEEP marks for production required marks. The marks made include date codes to QC marks and more. Most of Columbia Marking Tools’ air impact markers are integrated into automated machinery. However, CMT does offer complete station solutions for both manual and automated cells.
