Columbia Marking Tools offers a pre-assembled and properly sized valve assembly for air impact marker installations.

All systems include the regulator and pressure gauge to adjust the marking force of the air impact unit. For safety, all systems also come with a lockout shutoff valve.

These kits are configured with a choice of a 3-way valve, for use with single acting air impact markers, or a 4-way valve, for use with double acting air impact markers. The 24VDC is the standard power for the valve, but 110 VAC is available.

There are two options for the filters. A standard lubricator and filter for lubricated air, and a coalescent filter for dry air. The selection of these options must match the air impact marker to properly function.
