78 Mite Mark Test Mark

Published by Dottie Peene on

The AMAZING MITE-E-MARK model 78 is the ONLY air cylinder with a 1 ¾ ” stroke that delivers over 1 ton of force.

So the reason for this test is IMPORTANT. The unsupported Catalytic Cylinder may be damaged by the impact blow required to make the mark.

Example #1 – Sample mark using dimple – made with model 78 into STEEL tube

Notes:

  • Dot Peen sample mark shows effect over too much pin throw – CMT can offer a solution with less impact on the first impression.
  • Scirbe Mark would be the best solution for both cost and 2D code capability.
