Pin to Part option for IM-IS60 Diamond Scribe Machine

Question: How far does the pin travel so I can set up the head far enough back to make room for part loading/ unloading?

Answer: When scribe marking, the pin must be close to the part to offer longer pin life and to produce a good mark.  CMT is now offering something new that know one else is providing.  Below is our new Pin to Part 1″ slide.  This option provides clearance for part loading and unloading and helps get into recessed areas that standard pins can not reach.  Please call CMT for more details and let us help save money by eliminating costly Z Axis slides.
