Handy Andy Serial counter not working

Q: We have a Handy Andy marking tool and I am having issues setting up the sequential numbering under the variable tab.

The counter process is interwoven into the software itself. If you have set up the counter as specified, and are running that program, and it does not increment as
programmed, please uninstall and reinstall the software. Before you consider doing this you might try to create a new program and a new counter.
