4040-SD Serial#X3287. Work to be performed at CMT factory with

manufacturing

and procurement of components prior to Customer shipping machine to

CMT to

reduce downtime at Parker.

Estimated 8-10 weeks delivery of all items after receipt of order. CMT

will notify

Customer when all components are completed to prepare Customer for

shipping #

X3287 to CMT.

Required Work to include.

? Dimension all Customers custom safety items for proper reassembly

and

future adaptions.

? Clean, degrease and tear down.

? Inspection of all components

? Machining of main frame

? Replace all mechanical wear items including Drive shafts,

Bearings,

Seals, Tracking guides, High pressure Die Springs, Main Gear Cog

Transmission Drive Belt, and worn transmission components, chains

&

sprockets

? Include all new Roll Die retention Thrust Washers, Nuts, Keyways

& any

worn adjustments.

? Replace large in-feed initial-self-centering bar locator cam follower

bearings

? New tooling Corrosion coatings and Re-Paint

? Re-assemble, pipe, wire, adjustment and Test

? Repair Work to be performed at CMT is 15 days from receipt of

machine.

? Motors and Motor Drive was functioning correctly at time of service
