Rework Model 123H-K7780 to include

A. Tear down and inspection

B. Clean and vapor blast

C. Replace yoke assembly

D. Replace actuator pin shaft

E. Replace retaining pawl pin shaft

F. Replace acturator spring

G. Replace all fasteners with stainless steel fasteners

H. Repair main shaft

I. Repair (bearing bronze weld) and remachine characters on wheels #1, 2, 3, 6, and 7

J. Replace wheels 4 and 5

K. Update manual wheel index with machined 1/8″ deep slot between each character to help prevent

damage to characters

L. Replace (6) cartridge heaters

M. Replace thermocouple

N. Recondition electrical junction box and pre-wire

O. Electroless- chrome plate machine frame and yoke assembly to prevent corrosion

P. Reassemble complete and test unit at temperature
