Customer will be using the large embossing on gutters, so the mark can be seen from the ground.

The Boldest markings are made from an Embossing marking process rather than a standard marking process. The Embossing technique requires dies on both sides of the workpiece. This technique is designed for use on sheet metal parts.

The male and female dies must be perfectly lined up to create the bold mark. A die shoe uses alignment pins to keep the dies positioned accurately.

The embossing process will provide the boldest mark, but the cost is also much more than regular marking.
