Downloading and Saving

Published by Drew Davis on

Q: How do I download and save a new layout in my I-Mark program.

A:

Now that you have taught your marking location, you can download your layout

and start marking.

Select your machine in the navigation now to bring up your active window..

There will be a green check mark or red X next to your machine and new layout.

With your active marking window (controller page) open your can now start

marking by live streaming.

However your layout is not currently saved to your

controller. It is always best practice to save your layout before printing.

To save your layout to your controller you will need to download and save where

the program will prompt you to rename your layout.

Select the download button on your controller page.

Once you have selected the download button

2 prompts will ask you if you want to save all filed before downloading.

You will choose YES

And a save layout as screen will open and prompt you to rename your layout

Name your layout with your desired name that you would like the layout to be

named and save.

Your marking window will change to not Initialized while the layout is downloaded

and saved to your controller.

Once the download has completed the machine will do a home routine and the

status banner will say ready.

You will also notice that the navigation pane now shows a green check next to

the layout and the machine. This tells us that all of the changes where

downloaded successfully.
