Importing Graphic into I-Mark software issue

Q: I am having trouble in engraving a pictogram. It is in dxf format that was converted to cmtg file successfully. After importing, we noticed a lot of distortions. Please let us know how to etch this pictogram. We are using I-Mark M75 model etcher.

A: The I-Mark software doesn’t support the use of Polylines in the model for importing. 

If you explode your drawing multiple times and then save it as a version 14 dxf file it will automatically convert all Poly to standard lines.
